HABIT OF EATING AND DRINKING

Yes, friends, some people have the habit of more eating. Eating is a good thing, but more and more eating is not a good thing. Some people take Vegetarian Food and Some Take Non-Vegetarian Food. Both foods are right but eating more food is very wrong. You saw the people who take nonvegetarian food have the problem of illness and health issue as compare with the people who take vegetarian food.


I suggest you take food according to your choice, but taking more food is the very wrong thing. In place of that, you take more fruits and vegetables but in a limited quantity not in more quantity. Milk is a very good diet, you should take milk, bananas, apples, soybean, pulses, eggs, rice in your diet.  You can also take Green Vegetables Like Spinach, Peas, Beans, etc. which are very essential means of proteins. I am vegetarian so I suggest you take a vegetarian diet, apart from those who all are nonvegetarian they should take diet according to their need but not in more quantity.


Now, discuss what we need to drink. This is again very Important, the liquid which we drink plays a very important role in our health. Some people like milk of Buffaloes, Cows or Toned Milk as well, which is a very good thing. Milk provides Vitamins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, etc. all essential minerals to our body. Water is very important, 70% of our body have the weightage of water, so we need to drink at least 4-5 liters of water daily. Now, comes on drinking juice. Yes, this is very good for your health and we all take the juice of different fruits and vegetables.


Now, comes on drinking beer. Beer as well know is not good for health. Some people take that in a very big quantity, that is also very injurious to health. Drinking beer on special occasions like marriages and birthday parties is OK, but drinking more beer is very injurious to the health of all human beings. This also causes so many diseases and sometimes causes death as well so please avoid that thing.


So, friends, I think you all understand my different views about eating and drinking. I think all of you understand it very well and choose the way of proper eating and drinking style that give growth to your body and make you healthy and strong because fitness and sound mind is very essential for us. The habit of eating and drinking gives you a good and healthy life and everyone likes that life.
